Dwellings within a homeowner association may be townhomes, condominiums, or detached, single family homes. There are thirteen homeowner associations in Charbonneau. The Boards are empowered to manage all aspects of the associations’ activities including budgets & expenditures, collection of dues, contracting for services, enforcement of covenants, and architectural controls. Dues for each association vary depending on services provided.
