Strengthen and tone all muscle groups in this NEW full body non-impact class. Jules will mix it up weekly using hand weights, bands, and the bar along with balance and core work. Modifications and varying weights available (2-10 lbs) so class is suitable for all fitness levels as you progress. Half the class standing/half down on the mat. Encouraging atmosphere, judgement free zone, fun music—come do afternoon “happy hour” with Jules! Classes begin January 11, on Wednesdays from 1:30-2:30 p.m. and will run for six weeks. Cost is $45 or $10 for drop-in. Reserve your spot by signing up at the reception desk in the Activity Center.
