When you stretch your muscles, you increase flexibility. In this new class you will do exactly that. You will use tubes and bands and your own body weight to strengthen some forgotten muscles. You will have a time of stretching and relaxation. Some Pilates, yoga, and basic sports stretching will add to the variety of the class.

Please bring an exercise mat and a water bottle. The class involves floor work, but once you are on the floor, you’ll stay there until class is over.
