Charbonneau has a well-deserved reputation as a safe place to live and it is up to each of us to maintain our community's resiliency by following the rules and reporting problems.
Charbonneau Country Club (CCC) contracts with First Response Security for evening security patrols of Charbonneau. The responsibilities of the patrol service include residential street patrols, vacation checks, SpringRidge patrols, securing the Clubhouse, checking doors on all businesses and buildings in Charbonneau's commercial area, and security checks in the RV Yard and Marina.

WHAT TO DO FOR SECURITY OR SAFETY PROBLEMS
For security or safety problems that occur during the evening/nightime hours (e.g., suspicious vehicles, persons, or activity) please call the Clackamas County Sheriff dispatch at 503-655-8211. After reporting the information to the police, please alert the on-duty Charbonneau security officer by calling the First Response dispatch center at 503-207-5300 and pressing "1".
You may leave a daytime message; such as, a vacation check, lost pet, or other security alert by calling the First Response dispatch center at 503-207-5300 and pressing "1". Messages will be retrieved when the officer arrives that evening.
To report any criminal activity, call the Clackamas County Sheriff Department dispatch at 503-655-8211.
